Christian Alsemgeest is an ambient guitarist and producer from the Netherlands, known for crafting immersive sonic landscapes that blur the boundaries between sound and emotion. His music, an evocative blend of ethereal textures, delicate guitar work, and cinematic atmosphere, invites listeners into a world of introspection and quiet wonder. Christian’s musical story began at age eight with classical guitar training, eventually evolving into a passion for the electric guitar that led him to perform as a lead guitarist at the age of fifteen. Today, he channels decades of experience into the creation of original ambient works released across several respected labels, including Ambient Cat , Mare Nostrum, AtmosphericLWS, Silent Sonic Records, Siril records, and an upcoming EP on Daydreamers (Sound Avenue). His collaborative spirit has resulted in projects with an array of talented artists such as Niclas Lundqvist, Broken Peak, Metric System 1981, Le Code, Winter Silhouette, Natureland, Edoardo Gastaldi, Jonas Blomqvist, Tatiana Korkach, and Piscean Daydreams. In 2026, he will further expand his catalog with a new release alongside the prolific Domy Castellano.
